Return Policy
University Housewares is a family owned business serving college communities nationwide with a large selection of products for homes, dormitories, and off-campus residences. We are confident that you'll be satisfied with your purchase and are committed to providing high quality merchandise.
The following is our standard return policy.
- Original invoice must be included with return.
- Products must be unused and be returned with original packaging.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Whenever possible we use product images provided by manufacturers but sometimes they make minor product changes without providing us with updated images.
- Due to state and federal laws, certain items such as bedding and personal care products, cannot be returned or exchanged if used or opened.
- All shipping charges are non refundable, except for damaged or defective products, or errors on our part.
- We accept exchanges for items of the same price, however customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
- For products shipped directly from the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
- We reserve the right to reject any return in our sole discretion.
- No returns will be accepted at our store locations.
